This question is for anyone who is knowledgeable about the t-shirt heat transfers and transfer inks?

I was told that the inks Chromoblast can only apply to white and colored t-shirts of course, but do not have the funds transfer papers white ink to print on which it is therefore really possible to apply heat transfers which have been decorated with Chromoblast inks to be applied to dark garments? Or is Chromoblast inks are strictly for the period white clothing? Thank you. Ken
